Give the shared-library tests the Vulkan headers
yasl/vulkan.h includes <vulkan/vulkan.h>. The C++ API test links the
shared library through shared_dep, which had only yasl's include path.
On macOS, Homebrew installs the Vulkan headers outside the default
search path, so the test did not compile.
